Wisconsin State Law requires one be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed.

We only accept Cash or Venmo.

We require a deposit to book any tattoo appointments. This is standard across the tattoo industry. If you cancel your appointment, you will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, each artist has their own policy for the deposit to roll with appointment. If you do not show up or do a last minute cancellation, that is an appointment lost for the artists, when they could have scheduled someone else. If you have any questions about your artist deposit policy, ask them directly. 

Each artist has their own touch up policy and another artist with our shop is not subject to anothers policy. 

We offer permanent tattooing and PMU (Permanent Makeup). No piercing as of now. 

Beyond your ID, bring anything you'd need to be comfortable. We offer complimentary snacks and water, but if you'd need something else please feel free to bring it! 

Wear what is appropriate for the body part you are getting tattooed while remaining comfortable. Some artists like to hold the temparture in their rooms a bit cooler than others so bring layers if wanted.

You can bring a friend or two to your appointment but with Covid-19 and other regulations, your artist might now allow them back to the tattooing area. 

As for kids/pets, absolutely fucking not. Please plan accordingly and leave them at home. If you show up with either we will turn you away and your deposit will be forfeit. 

Being a private studio in an office building, some clients may have trouble finding us when it comes time for their appointment. This does not excuse being late to your appointment. 

We are located on the 3rd floor of the historic exchange building placed between the childrens museum and Lax food hall. If you take the stairs or elevator, we are the first thing you see on the 3rd floor! See video below!
